50 Series Balance Grid System

Aluminum louvers are manufactured with the sole function of providing ventilation to an area.

This prefabricated lightweight ventilation system has perimeter frames and fixed horizontal louvers that allow ventilation and visual blocking.

This system is not watertight, airtight, acoustic or structural; wind load resistance will depend on the structure where it will be installed.

It provides shade and ventilation as its main characteristic, which makes it an architectural element of great functionality.

The cost of maintenance is low, whichmeans that frequent cleaning or repairs are not necessary to maintain its appearance and functionality.

This system can be installed in applications such as: exterior facade cladding, false walls, latticework in buildings to hide stairwells, warehouses, ventilation systems for industrial buildings, etc.

Dimensions 50 Series Grille:

Due to the nature of the material and the geometry of the profile, it has restrictions for its manufacture, which must be respected for an efficient performance.

The restrictions established for minimum and maximum measurements in its manufacture have the function of reducing the deflections presented by the own weight of the profile and the flexibility of the material.

They are established as indicated below:

Charaterictics:

Requires less maintenance.

It is an economic system.

Composed of 3 aluminum profiles.

It uses lightweight aluminum profiles with AA6063 alloy.

This system is not watertight, airtight, acoustic or structural.

For the standard louver spacing, it provides an approximate ventilation rate of 67%.

This system requires an adjustment between blades. (see data sheet)

Installation in horizontal position only.

For the structures where the ventilation grille systems will be installed, it is recommended to take into account historical data on wind speed and rainfall of the site, the geographical location of the project, the environment (urban, rural, mountainous, coastal), the orientation with respect to the cardinal points, the presence or absence of eaves and/or vegetation screens, among others, to determine the size and type of structure suitable for wind exposure and type of grille.

Series 128 Balance Grid System

The 128 V1 series straight line balance line louver system has the function of allowing ventilation and visual blocking of any room and application, however, it is required to be protected, through eaves or similar, from rain to avoid water ingress into the room.
