ALUMINUM FINISHES

We offer different finishes, from classic finishes, gloss or matte, to special coatings with rough textures, and imitation of noble materials such as wood.

We have a wide range of anodized colors: Black, Bronze, Natural, Inox (stainless steel), and champagne, demonstrating once again our innovative character. All these colors can be presented at the same time with various finishes, and the profiles are subjected to different mechanical treatments, in this way we can obtain different finishes such as gloss, satin, and grated, reaching the most demanding quality levels.

Anodized Aluminum

Anodizing is an electrochemical process of forced oxidation, using which aluminum forms a protective layer of aluminum oxide (Al2O3) on the surface of the base aluminum with a variable thickness from 5 microns to 25 microns in protective anodizing and up to 100 microns in hard anodizing.

The aluminum profile is transported through a circuit that includes several washing processes, previous treatments to improve it mechanically, oxidation itself, coloring also by electrolysis, and sealing.

Anodizing provides the profile with special protection against moisture and dust and increases its hardness and resistance to abrasion, wear, and corrosion while giving it an aesthetic finish in a multitude of colors

Lacquered or Painted Aluminum

The aluminum lacquer treatment is a special procedure for protecting the surface of aluminum profiles with a layer of powder-applied paint.

First of all, the profiles go through the pre-treatment tunnel for a cleaning process and obtaining a conversion layer for paint adherence

At the exit of the pre-treatment tunnel and before going to the paint booths, they go through the drying oven to remove any traces of water.

In the paint booth, the profiles are sprayed with polyester resin powder.

Once in the polymerization oven, the thermosetting of the resin is carried out, reaching a temperature of 200 ºC.
