What is the DVH?

The double sealed glazing or its acronym "DVH" consists of two glass separated from each other by a Chamber of air dry, hermetically sealed the passage of moisture. This House consists of a metallic tubular profile, which runs along the entire perimeter of glass and makes separator between both panes.

This type of glass provides the following properties and advantages:

  • Thermal insulation.
  • It improves the sound insulation.
  • Reduces the energy consumption of HVAC (air conditioning) by heat loss through the glass.
  • It decreases the condensation of moisture on the glass.
  • Decreases the effect of 'cold wall' increasing comfort next to the window.

Before recommending a glass double glazing airtight (DVH) is very important to establish the fact that the glass will be his best performance, only if all elements of the building are designed for the same purpose.
